Position Overview:
The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from
initiating client conversations to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle
site visits to attend clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
 Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet
and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through
various channels.
 Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Conduct
meetings, presentations, and site visits to address client needs.
 Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead
qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent post-
sales support and address any issues or concerns.

 Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for
management.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong track
record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with
the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
 Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with
clients and colleagues.
 Site Visit Capability: Comfortable and experienced in conducting site visits and engaging
with clients in person.

 Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
 Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
