Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pre-sales consultants to ensure high performance
and continuous improvement.
Oversee the pre-sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and initial
customer engagement.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests for
information.
Develop and implement strategies to improve pre-sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from
pre-sales to sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in pre-sales or sales as team leader in any industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
