Responsibilities:
’ Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
’ Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
’ Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects.
’ Contribute to maintaining accurate HR records and databases.
’ Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities.
Requirements and Skills:
’ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Basic knowledge of HR processes
’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
’ Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
